Writes the whole report the way the session pipeline does: the
report, then the check's output and the writer's edits, then the verifier's output and the writer's
edits (and a repair only if something is still refused), at effort xhigh.
Every pass is kept with its draft, numbers and cost. Several minutes. Nothing is stored in the report:
until the API writer passes its tests, reports come from the session draft above.
Older test: the Overview alone
One call for the Courage Overview only, with no rounds after it. Not the session's process
(log 31); kept so earlier tests can be repeated.
